Privacy Problem Recovered

I finally managed to contact the physician who put sensible data online.
At first I sent an abuse mail to his ISP, where the files were hosted. After several weeks nothing changed… So far for the ISP monitoring the abuse@ mailbox effectively.
In the mean time I looked up the phone number. This week I finally got him on the phone. As expected, this person was totally clueless and did not understand what I tried to explain. He asked if he could call me back – I suspected he was seeing patients at that moment.
Somebody else got back to me, probably the person who helped out with the tech stuff. He quickly understood the problem after I explained and promised to solve it at once.
The base problem is that he didn’t expect Google to index the home folder on the web space he used to sync those files. But even then, those files were not encrypted, as it should be.
